Eriez strongest permanent plate magnet uses Rare Earth magnet material to remove fine and weakly magnetic contamination like rust and abraded metal from shallow flows as material cascades down a sloped chute. These units are common to most food and pharmaceutical applications.
Superpower Plate Magnets
Ceramic plate magnet designed to grab tramp metal as material cascades down a sloped chute. The Superpower plate creates a magnetic field that projects approximately 2-3 inches (51-75mm) into a burden to remove chunks of tramp metal like tools or large nuts and bolts.
Maxipower Plate Magnets
Ceramic plate magnet designed to grab tramp metal as material cascades down a sloped chute. The Maxipower plate is larger than our Superpower plate creating a magnetic field that projects approximately 3-4 inches(75-102mm)into a burden to remove smaller more difficult to remove tramp metal like staples or nails.
